I've found a bug in MAC (i think).

I found out that if I use q quicktime movie to load a file, then all the
noteplayer controls stop sounding.
This is a real pain as I have metronomes running noteplayer controls and
quictime soundfiles are running the audio files.

This works fine in windows.

In my windows version, the note player controls work along sinde the quicktime
controls.
I use quicktime to record sounds from a selected input.

I was feeling really good about it - until I built it for mac.

First it started crashing as it didn't like me using the MBS quicktime
QTGrabberMBS
using the debig stub, I found that if I have q as a QTgrabberMBS object and
called
q.initSOund
it caused to crash. It only started working in it's stumbling waddle when I
dimmed out that statement.

So, I'm stuck. I'm using Lion, the latest version of RS.

I have the MBS audio and midi plugins
The MBS quicktime plugins
A plugin for OpenAL

and so far, only quicktime has been working the way I want.
It's sucj a shame that the noteplayer doesn't work when I load quicktime files
(and this only happens in Mac)
I've been working on this project fro over two years, so a little help would be
greatly appreciated
Cheers,
Sean
