When you go to http://demos.realsoftware.com/cgi-bin/orders/orders.cgi (The real web demo) it has a fast load with no start up icon/time I downloaded the source and the startup returns. How was this done? Is it server based, caching? If I haven't been using a Dreamhost hosted app for a while, I have to wait for it to launch. This way the Web Application executable is always running even without anymore Session so the visitors never get the loading panel.
