Location: San Diego, CA I have a data entry form (window with
textfields, checkboxs, popup menus etc)
and a small date picker made from a canvas.

When the user clicks on one of the textfields I want the date picker to display
right underneath the textfield (everyone has seen this before).

However.... my canvas control ends up being drawn UNDERNEATH (z-order wise) all
the other controls. By this I mean the datepicker should "obscure" any controls
on row under my data textfield... (there is a popup menu on the next row for
example, and it shows up over my canvas)

I have attempted using FRONT/FORWARD etc to no avail.... Nothing I seem to do
works,'

The strange thing is ... the bottom-most control on the form is a TEXTAREA...
and my canvas DOES appear over it...

but a popup menu and checkbox both appear over the canvas.

Posts: 3026 That's what I'd expect to happen (on Windows). I
switched to using a pop out window to stop this from happening. Couldn't find
any other way.
