I am creating a kind of workpage. I collect snapshot graphics from my software like fretboards and such. on my workpage I have a list box with the graphics images - these I can drag onto the workpage canvas and they instantly create a new canvas with the image inside them. Obviously, I want to add a few options - scale and so forth is pretty straight forward. However, I have tried using rotate and what happens is that the image in the canvas rotates once and works well, then I go to rotate it again and it draw right mostly off the sides of the canvas dimensions. Obviously, if there's a way to rotate the image around the centre it would a solve. I think the steps would be: 1. Create a picture from the canvas backdrop. 2. Rotate it. 3. change the dimensions of the canvas so that the width and height will change to fit the width and height of the newly rotated shape Put it back into the image.backdrop is there any problems with these steps? Does anybody have a snippet with will facilitate rotating a picture around it's centre?
