Posts: 312                Hi,

I am using a PostgreSQL database and getting a recordset. This code used to
work on another database but now is not.

RetailUSPrice = RS.Field("retailprice_US").CurrencyValue

For some reason there is just 0.0000 in the variable RetailUSPrice which is
setup as currency type. I stopped in the debugger and checked out the contents
of the recordset and there is data in the field retailprice_US itself, but for
some reason this part of the code RS.Field("retailprice_US").CurrencyValue does
not read it.

Am I going mad or is there something simple I am not doing here as this used to
work. Its strange. Hope someone can help.

it in the database ?
That might be important to know as a value thats a string in the DB might not
be autoconverted to a Currency
