This is on Windows and the signature is as follows: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BEX Application Name: PsychBook CMS.exe Application Version: 2.1.6.0 Application Timestamp: 4ecf3860 Fault Module Name: StackHash_e98d Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Offset: 0000000f Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Data: 00000008 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: e98d Additional Information 2: e98dfca8bcf81bc1740adb135579ad53 Additional Information 3: 6eab Additional Information 4: 6eabdd9e0dc94904be3b39a1c0583635 They haven't been able to identify a specific action that triggers the crash and sometimes it seems that it will crash when just opening. I haven't had any issues like this for any other user. I did have her try to turn off DEP for my application, but that didn't seem to help. This application was compiled with REALstudio 2011r3. If not, add some. You might have them install Microsoft's DebugView and run it and maybe it will show some sort of error message before it goes poof. Other thoughts: Any plugin dependencies? If so, you might want to isolate those areas (system.debug logging along with Debugview). Plugins that crash can take down your entire application (one of the drawbacks to plugins). _________________ Bob K.
