Posts: 1 Hi I'm very new to Real studio so please bear with me!

I have a window that has a list box at the top which lists names from a table
in my database called "Names".
Underneath is a series of textboxes which will be bound to a second table
called "table2"

What I want to do is when you click on a name on the list box, search for all
the records in table2 that contain this name.
The records will be displayed in the textboxes underneath and a datacontrol
will be used to navigate through the records.

I've been working on this for a while and can't get it working at all. I can
display all the records and navigate through them with my datacontrol but can't
get it working using the listbox as the filter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Location: India DataControl should be avoided. If you search in
the forum, you also find this.

Whatever you trying to achieve can be done by creating a database object and do
some sql operation.
