This looks like what you get when you separate the application from the Lib files, but the folder is there right next to the app as it was installed. Not sure what to tell her to try. She's reinstalled it several times now. It looks like the QTPlugin plugin might be what it's choking on, but its DLL is there where it's supposed to be on her install. (folder name may be differend depending on the os language settings). _________________ SWORT⢠- Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7, Linux Mint 11 and Mac OSX Lion - REAL Studio Enterprise(latest) and WEB Edition(latest) - Plugins (MBS Complete, ToringoLib, Einhugur, VanHoek + Some open source plugins) For Dutch User Groups ask me to enter! Everything is the same as my working install, downloaded from the same installer link. Really scratching my head on this one! Could UAC be getting in the way or something like that?
