Posts: 330 I have a user running Win 7 that is having trouble
running my app. She gets the following runtime error when she launches the app:
Quote:../../../Common/plugin.cpp: 7534
Failure Condition: pluginEntryTable.GetEntry( entrypointName, out )
can't find plugin method QTPlgQTSystem.isFileMovieFile(srcFile as folderitem)
as boolean

I have verified that her install is exactly the same as mine, that is the same
path to the application and all the Lib files are there. This looks like what
you get when you separate the application from the Lib files, but the folder is
there right next to the app as it was installed. Not sure what to tell her to
try. She's reinstalled it several times now. It looks like the QTPlugin plugin
might be what it's choking on, but its DLL is there where it's supposed to be
on her install.

differend depending on the os language settings).

Posts: 330 Yes, I have verified that it is in the Program Files
(x86) folder. Everything is the same as my working install, downloaded from the
same installer link. Really scratching my head on this one! Could UAC be
getting in the way or something like that?
