Location: London, England Hello,
I am using Mac OS X (Mountain Lion) and decided to renew my expired RealStudio
Licence.
I paid the €120 and received my new licence key.

However - when I downloaded the new version of RealStudio, I can not open the
.dmg file, as I get an error warning window appear, saying that the .dmg is not
recognised??

Is the latest download version not compatible with mountain lion?
Any ideas?

Thanks.

Location: South Portland, Maine I just downloaded 2012r1.2 from
our web site now and tried it on a Mountain Lion installation. I had no trouble
mounting the DMG or copying the files. Perhaps your download didn't complete
successfully or was corrupted for some reason? Have you tried downloading it
again?
