The body of the letter remains unchanged while the list of receiver (two to four on the same letter) changes. The letter shoud be printed in two to four copies depending on the number of receivers. The names are stored in a database. A problem I could face is that some of the address might be quite long so some formatting problem might arise. Which is the best tool to use: report, word doc, rtf ?
