Location: San Diego, CA by TOP level.. I mean the entry that
appears in the menu bar as opposed to the children or submenus that appear when
you click the menu bar.

Seems these parent menuitems do not expose AUTOENABLE (it can be set in code,
but seems to be ignored)

I have an entire menu of items that only need to be accessible under one
condition
and I don't want to have to enable/disable each individual entry... if I can
disable the parent instead

VISIBLE works.... but I don't want to have the menu expand and contract
horizontally.... it is visually disconcerting.
