The past three releases (2011 / 2012) all have the same problem on my machines (Dell Latitudes). When I open a project the memory runs around 200MB. As I continue working the memory creeps up. This is regardless of how many frames I have open/closed. Once the memory closes in on 500MB the software crashes unexpectedly. Saving the project seems to increase memory usage as does using the IDE. Renaming Controls, or setting the Lock properties, or resizing controls seems to incur huge memory penalties. Anyone know how to stop the software from these bad memory habits. I am tired of saving every 30 secs. All help gratefully appreciated.
