Location: Portland, OR  USA                No.  But you can show the dialog 
once and then save the PrinterSetupString to reuse later.  After the first 
time, you'll be able to print direct without showing the dialog again.

Location: Portland, OR  USA                Not OpenPrinterDialog, use 
PrinterSetup.PageSetupDialog.  Then save the PrinterSetup's SetupString.  Later 
you can create a new PrinterSetup and set its SetupString to the saved value.  
Then call OpenPrinter.
