Location: Australia                I'm still getting complaints from UK and 
Australian customers that my RS app shows the date in shortdate format 
mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy.
They say all other programs on their Linux system show the date correctly so it 
appears their system date is correct.
What could be causing this?
