only need to ask the user for the printer once (or use a stored printersetup
string).

the problem is, in alex's listbox printer, its asking the user to select the
page setup dialog.
when I call the routine for three times, its asking three times too for the
page setup dialog.
then I removed the pagesetupdialog, the printer is printing for three times,
but doesnt fit the size of paper(looks ugly).

my problem now is, how to define the paper size to A4/letter size.?

thanks
