Location: Herts, UK I will very soon be getting to a point with
my current project whereby I will need to pay for additional development work
to be done by an RB programmer.

I was just wondering if real software have some sort of feedback scoring system
for work that has been completed and is there even in existence any kind of
certification program or minimal criteria other than parting with money to be
classed as an RB programmer?

Obviously when the time comes what or if any assurances are in place to ensure
that I am not referred to somebody that has managed to drag a canvas control
onto a form with a backdrop image, compiled it, decided that he or she is now
an RB developer then signed up for referral leads.
