Location: United Kingdom I have an app that is running
continuously in the background. I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way
to "watch" a particular FolderItem for changes to its content. When a change
(i.e. a new file is added or renamed) occurs then my app will update a database
of metadata it holds.

Does anyone have any thoughts about a good approach to this (Mac & Windows.?
