Posts: 115 I was not successful in searching this topic here,
sorry if this has been dealt with.
I want to prevent Mountain Lion from freaking out when people try to install my
programs written in RB.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I know I need to be a paid Apple developer (which I have been resisting) but
may have to give in.
I think I saw a product to automate the aspect of identifying my app with my
Apple account but cannot find it.

Thanks.

Location: San Diego, CA Its called GATEKEEPER, and it is a
"feature" of Mt.Lion

You need to get a Developers Certificate from Apple ($99) and code-sign your
app.
There are dozens of other topics on t his forum discussing the details of what
is required.
