Posts: 121                Whenever I launch the Feedback application and hit 
"Sign In", it gives me an error message saying:

"Feedback must download a software update, but could not find the update 
online. Please try again later."

Then when I quit the application it crashes.

I'm using the Feedback app that came with RS 2012 release 2, under MacOS 
10.6.8. My network is working fine. I tried deleting the feedback database, the 
app's "cache.db" file, and its prefs plist in the library folder, but the 
problem persists.

I have crash reports for the Feedback app, and more importantly, Runtime Error 
reports from RealStudio that I'd like to report via the feedback system, which 
I can't access.

Is there another way to get in touch with RS support apart from Feedback?
