Location: Philadelphia, PA One nice thing about Real Studio is
that the same .rbp file can be used by programmers using different platforms.
(That's why, for example, Mac users can run my programs even though I have a
Windows machine rather than a Mac.)

One problem is that it has become more difficult to download .rb programs from
the Internet. Recently, when I went to download an .rbp file (using a mouse
left-click as usual), I found that what it gave me was text gibberish on the
screen!

If you are running the Firefox browser on Windows, that problem is easily
solved by doing a right-click instead of a left-click and Sending the .rbp
file, say, to a hard drive. (Google Chrome for Windows works the same way.) I
have NOT found any way to get Windows Internet Explorer to work.

I don't have much experience with Mac browsers, and i am hoping that Mac users
here can share their experiences on that. I do understand that Safari makes it
difficult (but not impossible) to download files with certain (supposedly
dangerous) file extensions, but I can't tell you anything more than that.

There can't be much "sharing" if we can't get files from one person to another,
so any helpful information you can post here would be great!

Thanks in advance for filling in the gaps for those of us who have computer
friends who may be using a different platform or a different browser.
