I am revisiting a program I wrote with RB Version 4, I am now using Version 4.3
and have problems with PushButton.

The original had a line PushButton_action and it worked fine, in 4.3 it tells
me "This method requires more parameters than were passed"

If I go to the help it shows PushButton.action, if I try this i I get told
"This property does not exist" despite being in the Language Reference.

It also shows it as PushButton.action () but I get the same results with either
the "_" or the "." with the appropriate error message as I add the ().

Any ideas or pointers to where I am going wrong. BTW I think I am going to
stop with the upgrades, they keep moving the goalposts and it is extremely
frustrating getting my applications to run again.

code where it's failing?

I always thought that having code in the action event would eventually lead
to problems.

This is relying on an internal implementation detail that should never have
been disclosed. If you want to programatically push a button use

cmdCalculate.Push

But putting the code in a method is preferred.
