The single biggest issue I have with RS Web is every time I update my webserver, the app refuses to run. The hard part is, I am not sure what it is, that I eventually wind up doing, that makes it work! Normally it takes hours and seemling repeated attempts at the same thing to make it work - then it just does. The OS is Linux Ubuntu 12.1 server. The web app is in the folder /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ Permissions are all set to the worst, 777, to get it going, then change later to a more appropriate setting. On this update, I get an error 404 Not Found. The /var/log/apache2/error.log shows this: script not found or unable to stat: /usr/lib/cgi-bin/AxcysConnex.cgi Can anyone tell me where the problem may be and/or how to fix it? Thank you!
