I was looking at creating my own custom progressbar and while the part about
filling and labeling is easy, I am stumped at how can I paint a pattern inside
the boundaries of the shape of the progressbar.

The progressbar is a roundrect with a 20 pixel corner radius. On the outside
it's transparent (so the window itself shows through), on the inside I would
normally either have it start filling up or have it blank.

But the "indeterminate" state is stumping me. I wanted the inside to be a sort
slanted stripes moving and have found I can't find a way to draw inside the
roundrect that doesn't muddle the rounded corners.

I thought I could intersect the shapes but rects are rectangular, so I'm not
getting anywhere there.

Any ideas?

Bonus Question: What's the recommended way to animate the striping
