I need to watch/monitor what my program is doing, without breakpoints. Is
there way to tell the IDE to show what the app is doing - like what methods and
objects it is working in?

Something I did has made the app use 100% CPU - at times. I tried using break
points but this is not letting me see where/when or why the usage is going so
high. I also see a LOT of RAM being used as well. So being able to watch
where the app is going within itself would be really helpful.

Ideas anyone?
