It can also be useful sometimes to run through proposed interface screens with a client, in which case a prototyping tool may (for various reasons) be a better option than showing a screen created in RS. Actually I stopped watching right at the point the lecturer mentioned preventing nuclear disasters with good UI design. Perhaps it's just me but come on...
