Location: San Diego, CA Why is it that it is so hard to copy a
project from one computer to another and have it still work?

It seems if my app has a lot of embedded graphics (icons etc).... that
RealStudio stores the path as ABSOLUTE.... so when I move the project to my
laptop.... the paths are not valid
and I get "xxx Server is not responding"... for EVERY graphic image....

And if I save the project as XML and try to change the paths to what is
appropriate for the other machine... the XML then becomes invalid... and the
app won't even load.

How can I make my project transportable. I work at home sometimes... and on
the go at other times... and can't spend hours screwing around just to get a
project to load.

Right now... I have to have my laptop running and connected to my home network
to work on my desktop, because it thinks all the graphics are on the laptop....
when in fact they are both places.
and when I try to use RS on the laptop it says it can't find the graphics (when
the XML indicates the path to where they are stored on the laptop)......
