The app is just a simple Hello World. I am running RS on a MacBook Pro (OS X 10.6.8) building for Linux / CGI, but during the build, a generic error dialog window comes up, asking if I want to report the problem. The build status dialog window underneath the error dialog shows that the build was in the Linking stage when the error occurred. I read some posts somewhere that talked about using 32 bit libs on a 64 bit system, but it seems that this refers to the execution environment, not the build environment. Am I doing something wrong? Is this just something specific to the trial version? I was able to build a desktop version without problems. Instead it just halts during linking. Also, I could not find anything in the RS documentation that states a limitation on building for web apps.
