Location: Indonesia                Hi,

I am using this code to connect to a file sharing on windows

f=getfolderitem("\\server\xserver\db\").child("test.db")

my question is, how to do it on mac while the file sharing is based in windows.?
The file sharing network is accessed on mac and work nicely.
When I start the application, it wont run, because the application cannot
access the database path.

any helps.?

thanks
Regards,
Rivo

Location: Lanark, Ontario There may be more than one problem but
start by formatting the path in the Mac fashion with forward slashes. Also, I
have found sometimes recently you have to specify the type of path.

f=getfolderitem("/server/xserver/db",FolderItem.PathTypeShell).child("test.db")
