This sub-classed text field is further sub-classed to only allow numbers within a certain range. I'd say this is an excellent stating point. Adding functionality for the checking of particular keystrokes (Up arrow, down arrow or plus/minus keys) and taking whatever action required should not pose any significant issues for you; if so, just ask. _________________ Steve rs2012 r2.1 Windows 7.
