All is well for text but for special/control characters I find myself out of the water. I need to send arrow keys and the escape key, as well as come meta combinations to the application. The closest I can find is viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27787&hilit=shell+arrows which says to use chr() to send control characters, but then viewtopic.php?f=2&t=43161&hilit=shell+control matches my experience that this is ignored in OS X. I can't find any other posts dealing with this but the words are so generic I may not be hitting the proper search gambit. How do you send arrows keys to interactive shells in OS X? _________________ ---- http://eduo.info/ http://gallery.eduo.info/ http://twitter.com/eduo/ Top Display posts from previous: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by AuthorPost timeSubject AscendingDescending Page 1 of 1 [ 1 post ] -- Over 1500 classes with 29000 functions in one REALbasic plug-in collection.
