Now, from the console I do: $ time curl --header "HEADER_1: VALUE_1" --header "HEADER_2: VALUE_2" https://url.here > output real 0m0.052s user 0m0.020s sys 0m0.000s So, from RB, I get 370-400ms but via curl 45-55ms. The resulting output is the same from the two.
