Real Soft ... er.. umm.. Xojo, Inc. employees are likely still asleep or enjoying a hot cup of coffee. I'd guess it will be at between 2 to 6 hours yet before its released. (I'm still clicking the refresh button on my web browser every 5 minutes, just to make certain I don't miss it.) Now everybody is waiting for the 'Great' moment. I predict that downloading Xojo today will be very hard to do or otherwise be very slow. _________________ MacBook Pro (late 2008), OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2, Real Studio 2012r2 Top robl Post subject: Re: whre is xojo?Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2013 6:40 am Joined: Thu Sep 21, 2006 6:27 am Posts: 38 Given the new documentation / books posted on docs.xojo.com are hosted by a CDN (content delivery network), I'd suspect there will be very little problem with bandwidth for downloads. I am willing to test the speed, the moment it is released. Just develop a little app quickly with a timer to parse the html alt tag alt="Coming Soon" every 10 seconds. If the tag doesn't exist then the new site must be up. Simply then programmically send yourself an email. _________________ Real Studio 2012 R2 SysInfo BackTrack Linux/BackBox Linux/Debian Lenny/Windows 7/Windows 8/OpenWRT/OpenBSD & Yes it's me in the Avatar Top Akiland Post subject: Re: whre is xojo?Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2013 7:19 am Joined: Tue Jan 04, 2011 3:02 am Posts: 1236 Location: Jönköping, Sweden Downloading now _________________ http://www.linkedin.com/in/albinkiland Dev. iMac 27" + 2x22" LG (2.8GHz Intel Core i7, 12GB RAM, 120GB SSD) OS X 10.8 Xojo Pro 2013r1 Top npalardy Post subject: Re: whre is xojo?Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2013 8:30 am Real Software Engineer Joined: Sat Dec 24, 2005 8:18 pm Posts: 7858 Location: Canada, Alberta, Near Red Deer It really is there.
