My experience is, that "SET USER whoisit" only works, if you have no grants,
than you could change user with this command without any problem.

As soon as you have different access rights the command "SET USER whoisit"
will return an error, because the password is missing. The correct and full
command using database with different access rights is "SET USER whoisit
password"

In older version till 6.x the short command works even if there are acces
rights. I suppose, rbase was internal adding the user as password (what was
true in our databases). RBase 7.x is stronger and return an error, which is
correct.
