Try the Text = TestLabel (without the blank space) and see what you get.
Also try something like MEMORANDUM, DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL.
The blank space(s) between the words is not being calculated accordingly when used as "Rotated Label" in "Page Style" band.
That's why when an image is used, you don't see such behavior.
That boo-boo has been fixed and will be available in upcoming update 76.
