[RBG7-L] - Data Dictionary

I am going to request rdcc to add a CheckBox at the bottom of the DataDictionary
dialog to include System Table info.  Checked = Show System Tables.  I have this
in an  RBase Form and it's very handy and it is (I think) long overdue to the F3
key....
