In that case, the row with the $500 data should never be used by the report. Just out of curiosity, why did you title your post "Lookup Dilemma"? As you've described it, the report should not require a look up, at least not for the dollar amount. If you _are_ using a lookup, check the logic involved there, it might indicate why the wrong data is getting loaded. -- Larry
