Because, it's a Trial Version.

The annual subscription of R:Docs application with entire
source code and on-going updates in only $49.95/Year.

I believe, there was a discounted subscription price for
Conference attendees. Check with RBTI Sales Team.

With the beta 77 update I still am having problems with the

James,

You need to check all relevant steps to refresh items in
Combo-Box based on the pre-determined/pre-defined values
which affect the final results.

To understand the entire process, take a look at the
logic used in "Build Syntax for PROPERTY Command" in R:Docs.
This particular process involves four (4) Combo-Boxes,
Variable Image Variable, Variable Edit, etc.

The dynamic values in the second Comb-Box are dependent
on the value selected in the first Combo-Box. The values
displayed in the third Combo-Box are dependent on the
values selected in the first and second Combo-Box. The
dynamic values displayed in the fourth Comb-Box are
dependent on the first, second and the third Combo-Box.
And finally, the dynamic description and the syntax is
built based on all values defined in all Combo-Boxes.

If you change any value in any Combo-Box, the entire
syntax is re-built accordingly. This is the perfect
example to demonstrate the use of Combo-Boxes.

You can sit all day and play with those values and the
results will be displayed accordingly.

Example:

R:Docs > Build Syntax for PROPERTY Command

Have fun!
