Having a "sub-owner" would be good. In 6.5++ we could set-up
users to be able to design forms and reports in 7.x I haven't been able to
find it. Usually the data is more sensitive than design work in forms and
reports especially when backups can be made.

Again and again I'm asked by users of my
applications how they could change existing LABELS.
> ' This field should be a little bigger, that
text could have another color and those fields have to be at another place. And
finally this field is not used '.
Actually I make the desired changes in my office
and send an update of the label to the user.
Does anybody know a way so the
user could make uncritical changes himself?
I say 'uncritical' that means, not to design
a label completely new.
Is there a possibility of such a
minidesigner?
Best Regards
Armin
