Charlie,

There are no dynamic properties available for "Orientation"
and "Border" option in Scrolling Region DB control. Therefore,
there are no PROPERTY commands for Orientation and Border. And,
that's why those options are not included in either R:Docs or
the Encyclopedia of PROPERTY Command.
