[RBG7-L] - PRNSETUP cancel

Is there any way to:

1. Determine that the user hit Cancel and not OK on
the PRNSETUP dialog

OR

2. Eliminate the cancel button from the PRNSETUP
dialog.

(I'm worried about users thinking they cancelled a
report, when they didn't really).
