Sorry, didn't mean to indicate that this is not a good
idea -- it is.  I only meant that if you find yourself
in a situation in which you do accidentally duplicate
a form (which sounds like it won't be an issue in
another week or two) then you can get rid of the old
one by editing the table directly -- you don't have to
use DROP FORM and remove both forms.
