01. Search for all RBENGINE.CFG files in path.
02. Either rename or delete the ones found.
03. Start RBG7.1 (Update 77 or higher ...)
That will create a fresh RBENGINE.CFG
That's all there is to it!

I did'nt found any duplicated RBENGINE.CFG files in others directories.
Using XP Pro SP1 Client say that he had the same issue before upgrading from 72 to 77.
