Razzak,
Sorry - I should have been more clear. When I right-click on the detail band, and choose position I see the 'Print Count' setting.
See ... it always helps when things are explained clearly <g>.
Now here is the explanation of all properties of Detail Band
Height: The Height property expresses the vertical size of a band in report units.
Bottom Offset: (Default: 0) Use the Bottom Offset property to define the vertical space which will appear after the band. The Bottom Offset is expressed in report units.
Print Position: (Default: 0) Use the Print Position property to declare the vertical position on the page where the band should be printed. The Print Position is expressed in report units. If the print position of the report is beyond the Print Position of the band, then the report advances to the next page and attempts to print the band again.
Note: If Print Position is used for a detail band, then only the first detail band of the page uses the position with the remaining detail bands printing below the first.
Print Count: (Default: 0) Use the Print Count property to limit the number of times the detail band prints on each page.
Bands Per Record: (Default: 1) When utilizing the Bands Per Record property, this property indicates the number of times the detail band has printed for the current record.
Hope that helps!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
