I have the full version of Acrobat ...which while it is not free, is available on line from sites like Ebay for as little as $150.00 (Current professional version). Site licenses are also available. Besides bookmarks, some of the form creation options are quite useful. Also useful is the electronic signature function.
I found it very useful for creating forms. An astonishing number of organizations I deal with provide forms on line in PDF format, but not as fillin forms. They expect you to print the form and write or type in the user specific data. (Do these people not understand that no one has a typewriter anymore == or hardly anyone?). For those I use on a regular basis (funding applications for my clients) I download the form and create my own version that can be filled in with the client specific data. Saves time and aggravation and the small price for the full version of Acrobat (which I purchased at a deep discount) is well worth it.
Until we can convince the rest of the world that they should be doing more with Rbase.....we all need tools that are more commonly available and the ability to interface them with Rbase.

Creation of bookmarks and more ... are options of "Full" version of Adobe Acrobat (NOT FREE).
On the other hand, R:BASE 7.5 for Windows will let you create TOCs for all your 7.5 reports as PDF, HTML and XHTML based on report breaks, if defined.
Very Best R:egards,
