When I click on the Help program certain parts of the
system seem to want/need to connect to the Internet and then produce an
"Internet Explorer Script Error" message, part of which is:
mk:@MSITStore:C:\RBTI\RBG7\RBG7.chm::/rules2.htm
from Rules|Purpose of a Rule.
The EEP commands do the same/similar thing.
Have I got something set-up incorrectly or is there
something else wrong?
