[RBG7-L] - Forms Error - Incorrect Number of Values for This Table

Further to my earlier email, I have found that if I connect to this database using 6.5++ (DOS) I can add rows to the table in question without any errors, using the ‘old’ form.   I have also created a new form, (in V7.1) using the wizard, and get the same ‘incorrect number of values’ error.   I don’t know if this adds anything to my earlier inquiry, but any thoughts on how to solve this problem would be much appreciated.
