Here is a link that shows both a single and a side by side menu system. Even though the examples use standard buttons, you could but Group Bar in each tab control panel for that effect if that is what you want. Please excuse the gaudy colors, they are only to exagerate the selection to show the effect. Its only a 5k Download.
