I have a little vbscript that converts TEXT to *.doc using Word Automation. It
does it by processing all *.txt files in a directory. You could reverse the
process and convert *.doc to *.txt. I did this for someone else on the list a
couple years ago. You are welcome to the code if you want it as a guide to
make your own or if you wait till my shoulder is working a bit better in a week
or so, I can change it and put it up. It would work easy with RScripter ....
Hint.. Hint .. R:Scripter to the R:escue ;-)
