That's exactly my problem - the tab/page has a container type control. There is a little unused space but if I happened to click in that area I got the Tabs Property but mostly I didn't and there is nothing to tell you how to do it.
An enhancement request is needed, I think, to get it put on the menu somewhere as well. I'll do it in a few minutes.
