This is the computer age. Get a digital signature from Verisign and
digitally sign, date, and encrypt the document. Maybe even print it and burn it to a CD
and mail it to yourself as Javier Suggests. Make sure you keep the password for the
encryption in a safe/accessable place. Troy Sosamon From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Valencia Or…you could use the old stand-by…print
the documents, place them in a sealed envelop and mail it to yourself via
registered/certified mail with return receipt requested. The US Post Office
will stamp the envelop at several locations along the seams and you will have
the receipts. When you get the envelope, keep it sealed and place it in a safe
place. This is what we used to do before computers… Javier, Javier Valencia, PE President Valencia Technology Group, L.L.C. 14315 S. Message----- Karen, Just some thoughts…
Each workstation’s documents with each page identifying the company,
author, date and time could either be printed and put in a safety deposit box
or written to a CD with the CD session closed and no longer recordable.
All documents written to a CD-R are read only so you would preserve the
company, author, date and time of creation, as long as you could preserve the
CD. Unfortunately, CD’s are more fragile than books. Or maybe scan
the documents, both the printed date and the scanned date would testify as to
the original creation. Claudine From:
